LovingStresa.com was born during the Lockdown 2020 on the initiative of people who love Stresa and who, despite not having been born there, would like to try to make it a more attractive and up-to-date destination.
The idea becomes a project during the summer of 2021.
Our goal is to offer a point of reference for those who want to visit Stresa and want to have information and news on how to spend their days of relaxation and outdoor activities on the shores of Lake Maggiore and on the hills that surround it.
We have therefore decided to create a short and easy-to-read guide dedicated to those who want to get to know Stresa and its territory even with only a few days available: useful information to not miss the most beautiful and characteristic places and advice to better enjoy your holiday.
We plan to create several single-theme guides: for those who love water, the mountains, for rainy days, to choose the best places to have lunch and dinner, for those who love art and much more…

The information is provided only for the site in question and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through specific links. In relation to the aforementioned treatments, the Data Controller provides, among other things, the following information.

Types of data processed.
Personal and identification data as understood by the art. 4 letter b) and c) pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03, as well as those relating to any information about a natural person, a legal entity, a public administration and any other entity, association or body that has the task of periodically making copies of database security, identification data, traffic data and anonymous data. Added to this are navigation data, computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website which could acquire, during their normal operation, your personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication. However, this is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing. Data provided voluntarily by the user.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
Duration of treatment.
The data will be processed for as long as necessary to carry out the existing commercial relationship and for the following ten years from the date of acquisition of the same. It is understood that, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party, such data will, in any case, be deleted from the server at the end of the tenth year.
